To create a user with full permission in mysql we can use following command set

mysql > use mysql

mysql>create user ‘vishesh’@’localhost’ identified by ‘12345’

mysql> select user,host from user

mysql> grant all privileges on *.* to ‘vishesh’@’localhost’ with grant option

mysql> show grants for ‘vishesh’@’localhost’

In the given example vishesh is name of user and localhost is host from where vishesh is allowed to do login in mysql.

Now try to log on with user vishesh from localhost

mysql -u vishesh -p
